AnswerThis table offers an indicative conversion of the size on the label of our garments in their foreign sizes. Our Customer Care is always available for more information about the sizes of our products.

We have created our size and proportions table taking reference from the tables used by the Fontana Sisters, who founded in the 1950s the famous Roman atelier of haute couture.

Question Orders and shipping
AnswerSTUDIO:
Shipping is always free for orders over 200€. In case of purchase at a lower price the shipping price is € 8.00 and non-refundable in case of return. Once the order is processed, delivery usually takes 5-6 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address.
Products are delivered by our couriers from Monday to Friday during office hours. Shipments and deliveries are not carried out on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Always choose an address where someone can collect. If you prefer to receive your order at the office or at a concierge, also indicates the name of the reference person.
We will send you a shipment confirmation with the Tracking Number of your order, which is a code that allows you to follow the shipment in real time on the courier site.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will make another attempt. If the second attempt will fail, the courier will leave a notice with your contact details and your order will be deposited at a withdrawal point.
By contacting the courier, you can collect your order at the place of jurisdiction that will be indicated to you. If you are unable to pick up the order from the collection point, after a few days the package will return to our warehouse.

Did you know that you can place your order online and collect it for free in the store?
It’s very simple: add items to your shopping cart and choose to receive your order in our boutique. To collect it, all you need is your order number and your ID.
You have 14 days from the arrival of your order in the store.
We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup. In case of non-collection, we will proceed with the refund arrangement. *
In case of purchase with payment on delivery, it is not possible to make the collection in the store.

Question Returns and refunds
AnswerYou have 14 days from purchase/delivery of the order to request the return online or in boutique.
Your order will be taken care of by our Quality Control Office that will verify the conformity of the return.
In case of success, after a few days you will receive a confirmation email with the refund arrangement.
If you decide to return the products of a single order at different times, you must activate different return procedures for each product and respect the indications given here.
Remember that the return can only be shipped from the country where you received the order. If shipped from a different country, it will be blocked at customs.
Finally, do not forget that if you want to use a different courier, the cost of the shipment will beat your expense. We recommend to choose a traceable delivery service, in order to follow your shipment at all times.

The CVV (Card Verification Value) code is a security measure against fraud to identify the cardholder. On Visa and MasterCard cards, the code is printed on the back near the signature space, and consists of 3 digits. On American Express cards, the code is printed on the front and consists of 4 digits.
