Question How can I make an order?
AnswerBuying from the Emmy Boo website is really easy: you can find what you want by surfing on our Studio shop, then using the specific category lines, such as “Bags”, “Jewelry”, etc. or surfing on our Monogram shop. When you have found the item you want to order, click “ADD TO CART”. You can view your selected items by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right of the page. You can change the amount of items you want to purchase directly from your shopping cart, remove them if you have changed your mind or add them to your Wish list. To complete your order all you have to do is click on “Proceed to Checkout” and you will be sent to the page where you can fill out your delivery and payment information.
Question How will I know if a product is available?
AnswerThe availability of our products is shown in every product page. If a product is sold out, it will be marked by a special label on the product picture.
Question Can Emmy Boo deliver the same order to more than one address?
AnswerEach order can only be shipped to one address. If gifts or products that need to be sent to different addresses are included in your order, you will have to make a separate order for each address.
Question When will I receive my order and how much does delivery cost?
AnswerDelivery costs are a responsibility of the Customer, it may vary depending on the price of the order placed. For information on times and costs, please see our dedicated SHIPPING INFORMATION* section.
Question Can I change the delivery address after the order has been shipped?
AnswerWe are not able to redirect orders to a different address after they have been shipped. Therefore, we ask that when entering the delivery information upon making your order you take care to provide us with an address where you will be found at the time of delivery based on the delivery times given.

Question How do I cancel an order?
AnswerTo cancel an order, please contact us at email@example.com You will need to provide us with the order number located in your confirmation email and the reason for cancellation. For logistical reasons, it is not possible to cancel your order once it is ready to be shipped or – if it contains a Monogram item – once it is already in processing status.
